Psychology for adults, at a pace that suits you
Most people arrive carrying something that has become hard to hold on their own. Equal Psychology works with adults and older adults to understand it together, in person in Kew or Croydon, or online across Australia.
You can start with a free 15-minute Meet and Greet (online or in-person, no obligation), find help for something specific, or read something first. Book a Meet and Greet.
What we work with
- Anxiety
- Depression and mood
- Trauma
- ADHD in adults
- Sleep
- Burnout and stress
- Chronic health
- Older adults
These areas are listed separately for ease of reading. In practice they overlap, and most of the work begins with making sense of how they sit together for you.
