Matt provides a space free of judgement in order to collaboratively explore your inner experiences. Drawing on positive psychology and solution-focused techniques, with the aim to teach you how to rewire your brain so that it works with you, not against you. Matt has experience working with adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, relationship breakdowns, trauma, loneliness, life transitions, and those questioning identity.

Natalia’s approach is informed by neuroscience, incorporating positive psychology, strength and solution-focused techniques. This integration allows her to leverage brain science, focus on their strengths, foster hope and provide practical solutions for wellbeing and personal growth. Specialising in adults and older adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions, Natalia empowers clients to engage in their healing journey by creating a safe and non-judgmental space

Shelley believes insight and change develop from a warm, trusting therapeutic relationship. She adapts her practice to the goals of each individual, drawing on techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Schema Therapy. Shelley also works with couples to repair and enrich their relationship using the techniques of Gottman Method Couples therapy.
