Can I switch between telehealth and in-person sessions?
Yes, you can discuss with your psychologist the possibility of alternating between the two based on your needs and preferences.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment through our booking portal or by contacting us directly.
How much does a session cost?
Sessions between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday, cost $220; outside these hours, they cost $250. Payment is processed through our secure platform at the end of your session. For additional information on Better Access to Mental Health, click here.
How do I pay for telehealth sessions?
Payments for telehealth sessions are made online through TyroHealth, our secure payment system. You can pay using a Visa, Mastercard, or your digital wallet.
Can I claim a Medicare rebate?
Yes, if you have a valid Medicare card and Mental Health Treatment Plan, you can claim a Medicare Rebate for up to 10 therapy sessions in a calendar year.
Can I claim private health insurance?
Maybe, we recommend checking with your insurance provider. If eligible, we take full payment and provide a receipt for you to make the claim directly with your insurer.
